Not sure if this is allowed, these TVRs are delivered in parts as a kitcar. The owner was still working on this one in 2014, so the engine was out and the interior wasn't in aswell. In 2018 there was a yellow Vixen S2 which was spotted 2 times in NL so that's probably this car
