The symbols look like something from Monaco. It maybe came from Monaco before being registered in Switzerland... It could be some other reason...

It's the Coat of Arms of the Principality of Anhalt. Each noble family of "Anhalt", e.g. "Anhalt-Zerbst", "Anhalt-Dessau" etc. bears this CoA.
Das Wappen des Fürsten(tum)s von Anhalt. Jede adlige Linie Anhalts, z.B. "Anhalt-Zerbst", "Anhalt-Dessau" etc trägt dieses Wappen.
