I first found this beautifully-spec'd 2019 Rolls-Royce Dawn driving down Greenwich Avenue on 7/12/2020 (photos 1-3). I found it again driving down Greenwich Avenue on 8/22/2020 (photos 4-10). Not too sure what the plate means but I love the two-tone paint job and the orange interior!
