I first found this 2017 Porsche 991 Carrera 4S MkII turning onto Park Street on 4/09/2017 (photos 2-7). I found it again parked at Zumbach's Gourmet Coffee this morning (photos 1 and 8-10). If you're a huge Porsche fanatic and you want somewhere to spot, come over here. This entire town is Porsche haven.
