Vreemd kenteken! Deze zie ik overigens niet veel in Monaco tot op heden. Vorige keer een Duits exemplaar gezien en nu enkel dit exemplaar. In Nederland kom ik ze toch regelmatig tegen :)

@JoepCarSpots I'm a platespotter too haha, I recognized it from the letter combination typical of Kazakh plates, 02 is indeed the code for Almaty!
