@Spotter_2017 I think this car is not Ukranian because this is at the local yachtclub, the yachtclub's owner has a car transportation business too, they deliver cars to customers but they need plates to move them without a trailer from the owner's personal garage to the place where the photos were taken, in this place they put the car onto a trailer, and deliver it to the new owner. The yachtclub's owner takes the plates down from his own cars (he has a Urus with the plate "ABDB15", an 812 Superfast with the plate "VIKING1" and he had a Tecnica with the plate "FDIC99" but he sold it, and he has this Ukranian plate but I don't know what car it belongs to), and uses them, so he doesn't need to use a trailer for this little distance from his garage to the yachtclub, and with this solution, he does everything legally.
