The Huracán, a car named after a fighting bull, is a high-performance sports car produced by the Italian automaker Lamborghini and is the successor to the iconic Gallardo.
Likw the Gallardo, the Huracán has become one of the best-selling model in the brand's history to date with a production that spanned over a decade, during which numerous special versions and limited editions were launched, each more exclusive and powerful than the last.
Also like the Gallardo and like all brands within the VAG group, the Huracán also shares key elements with other brands of the group. In this case, both the Huracán and the Audi R8 were developed on the Audi MLB platform, meaning they share components such as the chassis, suspension, and part of the mechanics. Under its hood, the Huracán shared a powerful naturally aspirated V10 engine with the R8, but with a more visceral sound and a more explosive power delivery to differentiate itself from Audi.
