I had to choose BYD because if I didn't select the brand, I wouldn't be able to upload. In fact, this car has absolutely nothing to do with BYD. Sorry. Hyptec is a brand belongs to GAC. The front and rear designs of this vehicle are different from those of the currently available Hyptec HT. Moreover, since the HT is an electric vehicle, it is reasonable to suspect that it might be an additional REEV version that appears at the gas station.

Since it has a fuel flap on both sides this is probably hybrid, yes. Interesting find! Never heard of this brand.
