One of the biggest questions that I am often asked by other AG spotters is, when is the best time to visit the Bal Harbour Shoppes? The mall in general always has cars located all around the complex. However the main valet is often a hit or miss on huge combo's. On this particular day I caught this New York tagged horse ( HUV4405 ) just being parked.
