My very last spot of DC! I’m posting this from back home in Seattle, so DC spots are done. Anywho, I spotted this Stingray in the parking lot for the Harbor Patrol Station at the Wharf yesterday (7/31/24) while walking to the subway station. I also caught two other special cars at the Wharf yesterday.
