That's a fire fighter car! The local fire brigade has this one which is driving to the scene of emergency. You can even see the tank in the back, I guess it has some tank in the back (see picture no. 6).

Mate, I wish that would be the case, but I have never heard of it before not have I seen it anywhere in the news, TV or elsewhere.
