Since all matte blue run under "Turini" here, I'll upload it like that too because otherwise it gets reported nonetheless, even though I doubt that this is a Turini, but a normal A110 R (just as most under this category here...and there are several Turini under the normal R-category)

I thought that the difference was the spec. What actually changes in the Turini then?

The only outer difference are the rims. The Turini has other rims (that are heavier I think).
The spec was first available for the Turini (just as the orange for the BMW i8 Roadster First Edition for example). But after introduction, you could order this spec for any R and also other colours for the Turini. Same with the i8 ROadster First Edition, there the same with the orange. It was first available for the Edition, but afterwards available for all models.

The carbon wheels were only for the "normal" R. The Turini got more civilian wheels and tires. That's the only outer difference I know about
