This is no regular first-gen NSX, this very car is painted in Brooklands Green Pearl, which, according to the owner, is a paint exclusive to 1994 for the NSX. Again according to the owner, only 68 of them were made with this colour combo, this one being #28. According to my research, another 34 cars were made with a black interior. Spotted on April 27th.

Awesome spot and incredible spec! I saw my first old NSX a few days ago but it was at a car shop.
